The idea of fairytale is highly mistaken for the castles, the princes, the nice dresses, the parties, the friends but i'm here to say that none of that plays into one's chance to live their happily ever after.
Happily Ever Afters are NOT non-existent.
Whatever you dream of becoming, you CAN!
Wherever you want to go, you CAN!
Whoever you want to meet, you CAN!
There is hope in our journey, there are happily ever afters. Find what you love, love what you find, and live the life you've always dreamed of living.
It is true that there are disappointments, trials, mistakes, accidents, and failures but that doesn't limit one from living the happy life they have always wanted. Plus, Heavenly Father wants what you want and he's going to help you get there!
One of my favorite quotes by Pres. Uchtdorf:
"In each of these stories, Cinderella, Belle, and the miller’s daughter have to experience sadness and trial before they can reach their “happily ever after.” Think about it. Has there ever been a person who did not have to go through his or her own dark valley of temptation, trial, and sorrow? ...Between their “once upon a time” and “happily ever after,” they all had to experience great adversity..Our loving Heavenly Father has set us in a world filled with challenges and trials so that we, through opposition, can learn wisdom, become stronger, and experience joy."
Don't ever think that something is too hard to overcome! One thing that has helped me believe that i can live happily ever after is admitting to myself that i cannot do this alone. I depend on my Heavenly Father, my family and my friends. Open arms are all around us, willing to listen and love us. Don't ever underestimate yourself, but don't be afraid to show weakness. I love my life because i'm living my happily ever after, every single day.
